'You will be wanting to know how we have reacted to the emu oil capsules. Not alot for my wife although she has not been complaining so much about the aches in her foot. She remains an ardent user of the oil to soothe the discomfort caused by twice daily insulin injection.
As for me, there has been a noticable diminishment in the nighttime aches in my hips. These were disturbing my sleep, waking me up every hour or so. I am a 36 year old with Scoliosis (curvature of the spine). At 11 years old, I had an operation to attach a 'Harrington Rod' to my spine. I suffer from chronic headaches, continuous neck and back pain. Walking is not easy, as I get a pain in the base of my spine.
About a year ago, I was told that because of my increased risk of stomach ulcers, due to the continual use of anti-inflammatory tablets, I would have to stop taking them.

...'well there is more to our story regarding your wonderful oil. It really started on our first holiday in Australia. We went on lovely trip with small group to the Outback, and Garry the driver noticed my husband's real stiff neck. He recommended your oil to him to try. We purchased small bottle in gift shop, and he tried for few days, and then he gave up. When we came home, he put it in fridge and never really used it again. We do lots of hiking, but over the years and old age creeping in one of Michael's knees was getting so bad, he faced giving up hard hikes and perhaps operation to fix his knee, which was double of the other in size and very stiff. I said to him that we still have that oil in fridge, and if he doesn't rub it in his neck, try it on your knee, just use it before it expires. Nothing happened for first 5 to 6 weeks, and then he noticed swelling coming down, and having more flexibility.  Well this was about 5 years ago and story goes now as this:  His knees are same size, we are still hiking, no operation in sight.  There is still some stiffness, but not much pain, I say very happy ending.  I don't think we can do without your oil, it certainly helped us a lot. 'About the skin problem, it normally is not seen, since the eczema is in legs. But everywhere my skin is easily irritated so that I must avoid strong chemicals. I even do not use much soap, only shampoo daily. The hands easily start itching, too. I have to avoid dishwashing with bare hands etc. Three times I have needed doctor/hospital care because of the problem. Only cortisone has helped, but only for the worst.... It is very scary looking when the eczema starts its attack. The face swells up, turns red, so that the eyes nearly get closed. On the other hand the affected percentage of skin is very small when the attack is not on. In dry conditions I must care not to irritate more various other itching places. Emu Oil somehow calms down the skin, but has not removed the problem, during these two months. In Australia I also tried aloe vera, but emu oil is little better'

'You see I suffered with skin cancer on my nose. We had just moved up here from Perth, and while there  I was under a skin specialist who a few months ago tried burning the cancers on my nose.
